Almost There – Urge Washington State Senators to Pass E2SHB 1099

E2SHB 1099 would add climate resiliency as a requirement for cities and counties to address when they update their Comprehensive Plans under the Growth Management Act.

E2SHB 1099 has successfully passed the Washington State House and was voted out of the Senate Housing and Local Government Committee. It is now in the Senate Ways and Means Committee. It is scheduled for a Hearing on Saturday, March 27th at 10 AM and Executive session on March 29th.

Send public comments to all State Senators
Executive Action scheduled for 1:30 PM on 3/29/2021
Once passed out of Ways and Means it will go to the Senate floor for a final vote.
E-mails can continue to be sent until full Senate votes to pass the bill.
